Arubana™ Return Policy

1. All eligible items may be returned unless they were purchased on a final sale, at a discount or during a promotional sale.
2. Only items ordered from the official www.shoparubana.com website may be returned.
3. Items must be returned within 14 days of the original ship date.
4. Items must be unworn, and any altered or damaged items may not be returned.
5. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hang tags and dust bags.
6. All Arubana™ gift boxes are final sale and non-refundable.
7. Please note that if a return does not meet the requirements listed above, we have the right to refuse the return.

Return Costs

1. All Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund when using our provided return label.
3. If you received free shipping with your order and return the full order, $9.95 USD will be deducted from your total refund for the original shipping costs.
